Asana is the physical practice of yoga. We believe that our body serves as the temple or vessel for divine energy. Moving our body in different ways and doing the right yoga postures for our body is paramount to restoring physical balance, alignment, and flow to our body. When our body is physically aligned, we are also mentally and spiritually aligned.
